Agreements, Quotes and Payment
Every estimate, quote, contract, change order, invoice and payment for work is made directly between you and LKN Construction Inc. Concrete Hamilton is not a party to any agreement between you and LKN.
Pricing, scope, schedules, deposits, payment terms, cancellations and refunds are set out in your agreement with LKN and are governed only by that agreement. Any general information about pricing, timelines or process on the Website is not an offer or a quote.
Liability for Work
LKN Construction Inc. is solely responsible and liable for all work it performs, including workmanship, materials, design, site preparation, permits and inspections, compliance with building codes, safety, insurance, clean-up, scheduling, and any damage to persons or property arising from the work.
Any warranty or guarantee for work, including the “Guaranteed Work” described on the Website, is provided by LKN Construction Inc. under the terms of your agreement with LKN. Concrete Hamilton does not provide any warranty or guarantee for work.
Any questions, complaints, claims or disputes about work, quotes, payments or warranties must be raised directly with LKN Construction Inc. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Hamilton is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury or claim of any kind arising from or related to work performed or not performed by LKN Construction Inc.
